ACOSTA ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS (AES) is a California based professional corporation (P.C.) with headquarters located in Oakland. AES was founded by Ms. Maritza Acosta, P.E. in June 2013 after more  than  30 years of successful, hands-on program management, project management and design experience in Transportation and Civil Engineering for freight rail, commuter rail, light rail, high speed rail, local roads, highways and other infrastructure projects.
